Women’s History Month, celebrated in March, is dedicated to honoring and recognizing the contributions that women have made to history, culture, and society worldwide. Today, we honor the women of LATG.

The female leadership of LATG starts at the top with our CEO, Andrea Romanos. LATG is a certified Women-Owned Small Business. Andrea is an accomplished and detail-oriented executive with attention to the big picture and experience in operations and growth, serving as CEO of LATG since 2006.

Our leadership team includes Jill Spragio, Director of Administration, and Cathy Hoffman, Director of Sales. Their leadership and hard work were key in achieving our initiative to double our headcount and sales in 2022, along with the enthusiastic and consistent efforts of Frances Popich, Inside Sales, and Grace Lamy, Recruiter, and Administrative Assistant. We’re excited to have Megan Dean, Manager of Government Services, as our newest female leader!
